Resetting your password
Default Password Once your network account is created and you have determined your user ID, you are assigned a default password. The default password is composed of the following two elements: Last four digits of your student ID number First four characters of your last name with the first letter capitalized Resetting Your Password To reset your Edison State, visit office.com type in your Edison email and click on the Forgot Password link. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

Using the MS Authentication App (Required for using the Edison State systems)
Edison State Information Technology (IT) security policy requires all students, staff, and faculty to use the Microsoft Authentication application (available on Google Play / Apple Store). Please use the attached document to setup the MS Authentication app and access the Edison State IT systems. Forgot Email Address?
All Edison State email addresses will end in @edisonohio.edu. If you do not remember your email address you can try the following options: Navigate to myESCC, click here to retrieve your username (You must have a personal email address in our system for this to work (typically the one you applied to the college with) You can call our Helpdesk at (937)-778-7957 or email support@edisonohio.edu (You will need to provide your Edison student ID number, or other personal identifiable information to verify your identity)
