How do I access and use Office 365 Desktop
Once you have Office 365 installed on your desktop, you can locate them on your desktop by searching or through the Start (Windows) menu. For training on how to use each Office app, visit the Microsoft Office training site.

Get Office 365 on a Chromebook
You can access your Microsoft 365 apps from the web — including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, and Outlook. The web apps allow you to: Create, edit, and collaborate on documents and files. Send and receive emails. Maintain an online calendar. Note: You cannot install the Windows or Mac desktop versions of Microsoft 365 or Office 2016 on a Chromebook. How to run Office apps on a Chromebook To access Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and OneDrive, do the following: Open the browser on your Chromebook and go to www.office.com. Sign in with your Edison State credentials. You will see all of the apps on the left menu and can utilize all the apps and functions available on the web version of the each app. Note: You can view files and do basic editing in Office.com. Not all functions are available in the online version of Office 365 apps. How to run Outlook on a Chromebook Do the following: Open the browser on your Chromebook and then go to www.outlook.com. Sign in with your Edison credentials. You can utilize all functions available for Outlook on the web.

Get Microsoft Office 365
There are 2 ways to access Office 365 apps. 1. Web Browser Login to www.office.com with your Edison State credentials and access all the apps via a web browser. The web apps allow you to: Create, edit, and collaborate on documents and files. Send and receive emails. Maintain an online calendar. 2. Desktop Edison State Community College is providing Microsoft Office 365 FREE OF CHARGE to any Edison State student. This download contains the FULL Office suite. To access the download: 1. Login to www.office.com with your Edison State credentials. You will be directed to the home screen, however if you click away from it, just choose the HOME icon on the left of your screen. 2. In the right corner, click Install Office and choose Office 365 apps. 3. Follow the prompts to install the apps. If you have a Mac, the correct version will download.
