Share a File in OneDrive
1. Locate the file you need to share. Right click on the file and choose Share. If you do not see Share, you will see Move to OneDrive. Click to move your file to OneDrive so you can share. 2. In the pop up box, click Anyone with the link can edit under the Copy Link section. 3. Uncheck the Allow editing box and click Apply. 4. A pop up box with a link will appear. Click Copy. From here, you can go to Blackboard and paste the link in to your assignment.

Access your OneDrive
There are 2 ways to access your OneDrive, via a web browser, or desktop. Web Browser 1. Login to www.office.com with your Edison credentials. 2. Click the 9 dots in the top left and choose the OneDrive icon. 3. All of you files will be accessible via web browser. Desktop 1. Locate the OneDrive icon (cloud) on the bottom right of the task bar. This will most likely be gray with a line through it indicating there is not an account logged in to OneDrive on the desktop. If you cannot locate this icon, you may need to click on the arrow to view more icons. 2. Once you click on the OneDrive icon, you will see a pop up box asking you to enter an email address. Type your EDISON EMAIL in the box given and click submit. From there, you can click through the slides showing you different features the OneDrive has available and close the box. 3. You can locate your OneDrive via the File Explorer icon at the bottom on your task bar. You will see your OneDrive and all the files located in the OneDrive - Edison Community College location.
