Campus Printing
Multi-function (Print/Copy/Scan) Printers are located at various locations throughout all four Edison State campuses. You will need your six digit Student ID to release print jobs submitted. Step 1: Open your file and file/print like you would normally do Step 2: Choose printer type - select Black and White (BWFindMe on Print 2) or Color (ColorFindMe on Print 2) Step 3: Choose any finishing you want for example 2 sided, single sided. Click print *NOTE: by default all documents print double sided to save paper Step 4: Goto any printer, touch the screen and enter employee code last 6 digits and choose the print job by following directions on screen. *NOTE: if you forget to release the print job, the document will be removed from the print queue post 4 hours of placing a requwest to print. Web Printing
To Print from your personal device, please follow the instructions below. 1. Login to PaperCut using your Edison credentials here: 2. select "Web Print" from the menu on the left: 3. Click "Submit a Job" button: 4. Select a printer based on whether you are going to print in color or black and white only. Black and White print jobs will come out of any printer on campus, whereas color print jobs will only come out of color printers. - print2\BWFindMe (virtual) - used for black and white print jobs - print2\ColorFindMe (virtual) - used for color print jobs Then click the "Print Options and Account Section" button: 5. Input how many copies you would like to make and then click the "Upload Documents" button: 6. Click the upload from your computer to open file explorer and select documents or you can drag and drop the files: * Please keep in mind that the following file types are allowed: PDF pdf Picture Files bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff If you wish to print other file types, you will need to go to an on-campus computer to print. 7. Once you have selected your file, please click the "Upload and Complete" button: 8. Your job should be ready for release at the appropriate printers on campus:
