Use of Rooms 504 & 505 Smart Technology
Use the ViewBoard:
- Press “Room Controls”.
- Press “ViewBoard”.
Use the Room PC:
- Press “Room Controls”.
- Press “Room PC”.
- Sign-in to the room pc. Either with the rooms keyboard and mouse or by typing on the ViewBoard.
Show the Anatimage Table:
- Press “Room Controls”.
- Press “Anatimage” (or press ViewBoard, then switch the ViewBoard to HDMI Input 3).
Connect my Laptop via Screen Cast:
- Press “Room Controls”.
- Press “Wireless Casting”.
- On your laptop, click the windows key and the letter k at the same time.
- Click on your rooms casting unit (if in room 504, cast to Sharelink Room 504).
- Type in the code shown on the TVs in the room.
- Click connect.
Show Whiteboard:
- Press “Room Controls”.
- Press “Content Camera”.
- Press back arrow (top left).
- Press Start meeting.
- In the bottom right corner, click the checkbox (this will open a popup window)
- Click “content camera”.
Share Content with Remote Teams Audience:
If on the main screen, press the “Share Content” and then the “Duplicate” button.
If in a Teams meeting, click the checkbox in the bottom right corner and press the share content button (HDMI input).
Power Off.
- Press “Room Controls”.
- Press “Power Off” button in the bottom right corner (this will open a popup page with some options).
- Press “Power Off” if done for the day.
Combine Rooms:
- Press “Combine Rooms?” in the top right conner of room 504’s touch panel.
- Walk to room 505’s touch panel and click “Combine Rooms?” (this must be done second).
Uncombine Rooms:
- On room 504’s touch panel, press “Uncombine” in the top right corner.
