Use of Viewsonic Screen in the 5xx Rooms - myViewboard

The 5xx rooms have subscriptions to a "myViewsonic Board" software that gives a lot of features and flexibility as an advanced Whiteboard. This software is primarily for the nursing staff under Jill Bobb.

As of August 2025, all current Edison users were added to the Viewsonic entity that governs this. Any new employees would need to have a subscription added by an administrator (currently, Eric Rhoades, Josh Daum, Eve Reckers & Steve Helman).
