Conference Meeting Room Operations

Meeting rooms in the Piqua campus including Room 057 and the Executive Dining Room have been standardized on the technology used. The standard setup will include a TV, a computer mounted behind the TV, a wireless keyboard and mouse and a Poly camera mounted on the wall. This will allow you to use the room and get into meetings seamlessly.
As part of our endeavor to improve the experience of employees, we have prepared a brief overview of the technology in the meeting rooms. The attached PDF will provide instructions on using technology in the meeting rooms. We will also leave a laminated instruction sheet in each of the rooms. We plan on replicating this in our regional campuses as well.
For now, in Piqua, you can use Rooms 346, 057, Executive Dining Room and RSCC101 – all are bookable through outlook as well.
