Email Autofill

Problem: If users hit "enter" after putting in an email address in the "to" field that they have not sent to before, it does not autofill the name in both the Outlook Web App and the "New" Outlook desktop app.
Solution: Users will need to press semi-colon ";" after putting in the full email address of the new person they are sending to in order to fill the email address and be able to put the next email address in.
Unaffected users: Outlook Classic desktop app users. Autofill with the "enter" button still works on the Outlook Classic desktop app.
