Add Instructor to Course
Each semester, instructors are added to their courses upon approval by the deans. This process is initiated by the Coordinator of Academic Information who assigns each instructor to the appropriate course(s). Once completed, instructors will begin populating into Blackboard within 24-48 hours. If an instructor change is needed at any point in time, you will need to contact the dean to begin the process.
There are some cases where an additional instructor may need to be added to a course for purposes such as course design or assistance. If you need an instructor added to a course, you will need to submit a ticket to IT by emailing support@edisonohio.edu. Please include the following in your request:
- Course Name/ID (in its entirety including the semester)
- Instructor to add (full name)
- any special instructions
Your request will be addressed as soon as possible.
